The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rinconada's Rafael Jaunzuria suffered a concussion after 4 minutes and had to leave the field. 4 minutes into the game, Isidro Silvanito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HOSPITAL EVITA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rinconada the free kick. Braulio Perutxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The HOSPITAL EVITA fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when HOSPITAL EVITA's Isaac Gentza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. HOSPITAL EVITA's Eleuterio Atarrabi got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, HOSPITAL EVITA's Isidro Silvanito got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 94th minute, Rinconada's Narciso Blanco seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Narciso Blanco the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Rinconada protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Narciso Blanco had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rinconada! The referee gave HOSPITAL EVITA a penalty, 96 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hugo Cefero, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rinconada's 严星天. 3-1. Rinconada's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
