Spectators: 7409 (Terracing: 5557, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 148) Roque Abastas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Esfumados's zone, Sixto Figueroa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciriaco Irrintzi came out of the goal and Sixto Figueroa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute, Sportivo Coghlan's Florentino Otoniel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ciriaco Irrintzi. Ciriaco Irrintzi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Sportivo Coghlan's Casper Muggleton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roque Abastas in the 14th minute of play. Roque Abastas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Sportivo Coghlan getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Christiano Paranaense hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Coghlan's zone, Geronimo Evis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Muggleton came out of the goal and Geronimo Evis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciriaco Irrintzi made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Sixto Figueroa sent off a good shot on target. 33 minutes into the game, Sixto Figueroa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ciriaco Irrintzi. Sixto Figueroa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Ciriaco Irrintzi came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Coghlan's Sixto Figueroa. But to his dismay, Sixto Figueroa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Esfumados's goalkeeper Ciriaco Irrintzi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sixto Figueroa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ciriaco Irrintzi firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Celestino Rio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

After some careless play in the Esfumados defense, Sixto Figueroa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciriaco Irrintzi. The Esfumados fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciriaco Irrintzi should have stopped the shot. Geronimo Evis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Casper Muggleton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geronimo Evis in the 58th minute. Esfumados's Ciriaco Irrintzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Otoniel in the 60th minute of play. Ciriaco Irrintzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Figueroa in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Sportivo Coghlan's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Abastas came free, but Casper Muggleton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florentino Otoniel in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciriaco Irrintzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ciriaco Irrintzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celestino Rio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69thth minute of the game Florentino Otoniel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esfumados's Ciriaco Irrintzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aurelio Salvatore hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Sportivo Coghlan's Florentino Otoniel got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Sportivo Coghlan booed when Esfumados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislao Iliana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenio Esquipula didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Florentino Otoniel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciriaco Irrintzi. Esfumados's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florentino Otoniel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 91stth minute of the game Florentino Otoniel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esfumados's Ciriaco Irrintzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sportivo Coghlan were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Esfumados for a fine match.
