Spectators: 7469 (Terracing: 5603, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Roque Abastas kicked off to start the match. A hard shot 4 in the game by Gilberto Herrera from a close distance when the talented Ciriaco Irrintzi managed to make a qualified save. Esfumados's players were relieved. 6 minutes into the game, Esfumados's Geronimo Evis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matias Errando made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Esfumados's Ciriaco Irrintzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Esfumados from getting a goal against them. Boedo Argentina's Narciso Fero shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 18th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ciriaco Irrintzi but with some difficulty. In the 19th minute, Filiberto Guifre reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ciriaco Irrintzi. The goal made the score 1-1. Gilberto Herrera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Ciriaco Irrintzi made a huge save. Ciriaco Irrintzi made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Gilberto Herrera sent off a good shot on target. Ciriaco Irrintzi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eliseo Modestio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 32 minute of play. Esfumados's Ciriaco Irrintzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Esfumados from getting a goal against them. Arsenio Esquipula took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matias Errando. Matias Errando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilberto Herrera to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Herrera in the 53rd minute of play forced Esfumados's goalkeeper Ciriaco Irrintzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Modestio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Irrintzi having to interfere. Geronimo Calixto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ciriaco Irrintzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matias Errando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roque Abastas in the 68th minute of play. In the 70thth minute of the game Gilberto Herrera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esfumados's Ciriaco Irrintzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gilberto Herrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute Geronimo Calixto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Irrintzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciriaco Irrintzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Modestio in the 76th minute of play. If Gilberto Herrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto Herrera in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciriaco Irrintzi saved Esfumados from getting behind. In the 80th minute, Filiberto Guifre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boedo Argentina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. With a little luck, Boedo Argentina's Matias Errando got control of the ball when Geronimo Evis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boedo Argentina's goalkeeper Matias Errando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Matias Errando was a little too slow when Roque Abastas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 3-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Esfumados had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
