With a little luck, Liniers de Bahia Blanca's Dávid Dombó got control of the ball when Gilberto Herrera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eliseo Modestio kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Boedo Argentina's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Socorro came free, but Matias Errando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Liniers de Bahia Blanca's zone, Geronimo Calixto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dávid Dombó came out of the goal and Geronimo Calixto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 26th minute, Filiberto Guifre sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Liniers de Bahia Blanca's Dávid Dombó didn't even have to move. 29 minutes into the match, Liniers de Bahia Blanca's goalkeeper Dávid Dombó had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilberto Herrera. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Socorro in the 33rd minute of play forced Boedo Argentina's goalkeeper Matias Errando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Tonete kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Camilo Socorro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Errando having to interfere. Augusto Bermudez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matias Errando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Herrera in the 45th minute of play forced Liniers de Bahia Blanca's goalkeeper Dávid Dombó to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matias Errando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Socorro in the 45th minute of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Camilo Socorro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liniers de Bahia Blanca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camilo Socorro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Camilo Socorro was the one to do the kick off. After 55 minutes of play, Boedo Argentina's Eliseo Modestio made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dávid Dombó was left in no man's land by his defense there! Santos Uhin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Errando having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Camilo Socorro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Teodosio Giraldo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 75 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Liniers de Bahia Blanca:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Boedo Argentina:s goal. After a rather tough play, Liniers de Bahia Blanca's Augusto Bermudez got a free kick in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the game, one of Boedo Argentina:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Matias Errando had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Santos Uhin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto Herrera in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dávid Dombó saved Liniers de Bahia Blanca from getting behind. Patricio Tonete kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Camilo Socorro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Errando having to interfere. Camilo Socorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Matias Errando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Boedo Argentina's Matias Errando got control of the ball when Camilo Socorro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Patricio Tonete managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liniers de Bahia Blanca's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Tonete was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Errando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Boedo Argentina's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
