Tomas Miro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enzo Hotz in the 9th minute. In the 12thth minute of the game Pedro Filipo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Muñiz's Leon Quirze was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leon Quirze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marciano Savion in the 16th minute of the match. After 17 minutes, Horacio Cordareo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Muñiz and the Tobuna players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th minute, Horacio Cordareo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leon Quirze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Savion in the 21st minute of play. Tomas Miro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Hotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26thth minute of the game Carmelo Abancens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tobuna's Tomas Miro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 29 played minutes Club Muñiz got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Udalaitz. In the 31st minute, Horacio Cordareo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flavio Merexildo made a great header on Club Muñiz's corner, it was just that Tobuna's Tomas Miro managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Filipo in the 39th minute of play forced Club Muñiz's goalkeeper Leon Quirze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Quirze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Filipo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Pedro Filipo fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tobuna's protests and gave Pedro Filipo a yellow card for diving instead. Pedro Filipo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Tobuna's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Hotz came free, but Tomas Miro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marciano Savion to make the kick off. The supporters of Club Muñiz booed when Tobuna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Carlomagno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Miro came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Muñiz's Carmelo Abancens. But to his dismay, Carmelo Abancens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 73 minutes in the game Eduardo Umbruso did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Carmelo Abancens. With 76 minutes on the clock, Francisco Udalaitz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Francisco Udalaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 84th minute Carmelo Abancens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Miro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tobuna players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Club Muñiz.
