The supporters of Club Atlético River Plate booed when RMP FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Salvino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lázaro Garikoitz came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mazarópi Vasco could save by the left post. After the first half Club Atlético River Plate were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

It was beautiful to see RMP FC's Lázaro Garikoitz in action when he in the 96th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Atlético River Plate players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for RMP FC.
