After 23 played minutes Real madrid got a freekick which was hit by Juan Manuel Lordi. After a defensive mix-up in Real madrid's zone, Raul Itzaina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aatto Vauhkonen came out of the goal and Raul Itzaina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicente Tomi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Natalio Kaiet charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natalio Kaiet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Natalio Kaiet kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vicente Tomi in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristobal Xabier saved Aldosivi from getting behind. In the 35th match minute, Real madrid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Kaiet to maneuver through the defense. Cristobal Xabier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Berti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Real madrid getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Vicente Tomi hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
