The supporters of Palmira AFC booed when Inter Miami was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeremias Bihar was the one to do the kick off. When Jeremias Bihar came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Palmira AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeremias Bihar couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Eduardo Raitin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cayetano Giro hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Enrique Ipar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnoldo Celipe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Jeremias Bihar managed to get in a good position for a shot.
