Zancoles FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moreno the free kick. A collision led to Zancoles FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Bernardo Fagildo hit a great ball. The supporters of Zancoles FC booed when Moreno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Tadzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moreno's Bernabe Kinsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Bento in the 11th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Bruno Bento took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Bernabe Kinsen to make any attempt to save it. In the 18th minute Guido Argina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Lluc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Victoriano Tadzio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eleuterio Etxatxu scored 1-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonardo Lluc, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernabe Kinsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Bento in the 32nd minute of play. Moreno's Bernabe Kinsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Bento in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Lorenzo Sayvion made a precise shot to the right of Bernabe Kinsen. Moreno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Eliseo Aureo struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Leonardo Lluc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moreno. Zancoles FC's Leonardo Lluc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Etxatxu in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Braulio Pes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eleuterio Etxatxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Leonardo Lluc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benigno Remigio's late challenge caught a Zancoles FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benigno Remigio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th minute, Benigno Remigio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonardo Lluc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Argina, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After taking down the ball on Moreno's corner Eliseo Aureo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leonardo Lluc quite easily take care of the ball. Justino Lonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 64th minute of the match Guido Argina completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Guido Argina a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Zancoles FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Lluc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eleuterio Etxatxu. When Lorenzo Sayvion came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Zancoles FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Sayvion couldn't finish the play. In the 93rdth minute of the game Bruno Bento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moreno's Bernabe Kinsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lorenzo Sayvion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabe Kinsen having to interfere. Zancoles FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
