Santo Txordon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Luar in the 3rd minute of the match. When Astor Vimaro came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the JimenezUnited fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Astor Vimaro couldn't finish the play. If Astor Vimaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of JimenezUnited booed when Los Invisibles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Misael didn't get a good kick on the ball. JimenezUnited's Astor Vimaro took a good shot, in the 12th minute, which hit the crossbar above Samuel Orain's head, and flew over the goal. Los Invisibles's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by JimenezUnited. 14 minutes into the match, Ernesto Fernandes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Santo Txordon, 1-0. The throw-in from Elias Atarratze in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by JimenezUnited's Jacinto Bittor. Astor Vimaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Samuel Orain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernesto Fernandes struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Santo Txordon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Invisibles. Samuel Orain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Bittor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Desiderio Luar in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santo Txordon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th minute of the match Los Invisibles got a corner. JimenezUnited's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Federico Bakar ran over to the corner to take the kick. Los Invisibles's Federico Bakar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Santo Txordon in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 31st match minute, JimenezUnited was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Amor to maneuver through the defense. Los Invisibles's Samuel Orain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astor Vimaro in the 33rd minute of play. After 35th play minutes Ernesto Fernandes shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Santo Txordon and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience was convinced that Astor Vimaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Samuel Orain was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. JimenezUnited's Bernardino Garikoitz got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Samuel Orain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Vimaro in the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Astor Vimaro made a kick off. Samuel Orain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Garikoitz in the 55th minute of play. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by JimenezUnited's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Federico Bakar was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Invisibles's players had a chance to rest. Desiderio Luar might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santo Txordon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Desiderio Luar ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to JimenezUnited getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Marcial Frances hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, JimenezUnited's Albino Montel got a free kick in the 69th minute. Astor Vimaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. JimenezUnited's attentive Marcial Frances managed to snatch the ball when Alejandro Misael made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. A collision led to JimenezUnited getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Jacinto Bittor hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Fernandes in the 84th minute of play forced JimenezUnited's goalkeeper Santo Txordon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eulalio Vergaray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Los Invisibles were victorious despite being under pressure from JimenezUnited for much of the match.
