Santiago Orkatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Hermon in the 5th minute of the match. Rolando Pepillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santiago Orkatz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carmelo Elodio in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Nicolas Hermon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Santiago Orkatz. Nicolas Hermon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 15 minutes of play, Pidagasan's Patricio Manex made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santiago Orkatz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnaldo Cordeara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Terciero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santiago Orkatz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carmelo Elodio went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carmelo Elodio got free with Santiago Orkatz in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Nestor Gaskon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Santiago Orkatz. That made the score 4-0 in the 28 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nestor Gaskon during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd match minute, Pidagasan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Gaskon to maneuver through the defense. If Alejo Eduino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leandro Alem's Santiago Orkatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Hermon in the 37th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

In the 53rd minute, Nicolas Hermon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pidagasan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Santiago Orkatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Elodio, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. If Carmelo Elodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 played minutes, Pidagasan's Carmelo Elodio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Santiago Orkatz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pidagasan reached it. In the 63rd match minute, Leandro Alem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Lluterio to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Nestor Gaskon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nestor Gaskon took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santiago Orkatz. Santiago Orkatz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Santiago Orkatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Manex, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Leandro Alem were furious when Bernardino Cordarryl was red carded, 77 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Leandro Alem getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Bernardino Cordarryl hit a great ball. Arnaldo Cordeara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolando Pepillo in the 83rd minute. Santiago Orkatz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Gaskon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santiago Orkatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Elodio in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Pidagasan were the better team. Pidagasan's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
