In the 11th minute Everardo Lorenz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Orkatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Timoteo Barros scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Santiago Orkatz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Leandro Alem's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Sánchez came free, but Santiago Orkatz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Pepillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Orkatz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Santiago Orkatz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Santiago Orkatz came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by SCASEST IAM NO ST's Timoteo Barros. But to his dismay, Timoteo Barros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-6 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugo Sánchez to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonas Min took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Eduino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Timoteo Barros reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Santiago Orkatz. The goal made the score 1-9. Alejo Eduino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Jonas Min tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santiago Orkatz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Alem's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Hugo Sánchez scored to the left of an out of position Santiago Orkatz, making the score, 1-10. Santiago Orkatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Barros in the 93rd minute of play. Fermin Asier kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded SCASEST IAM NO ST left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Leandro Alem.
