When Desiderio Luar came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Los Invisibles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desiderio Luar couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severino Walme during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cóndores AFC's Alberto Pueblo got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Quique Alarcon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Los Invisibles to win.
