The Pidagasan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Elodio in the 14th minute of play forced JimenezUnited's goalkeeper Santo Txordon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Astor Vimaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnaldo Cordeara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Astor Vimaro ran back to his position shaking his head. Arnaldo Cordeara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Bittor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Carmelo Elodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Txordon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santo Txordon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmelo Elodio's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Micael in the 37th minute of play forced JimenezUnited's goalkeeper Santo Txordon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 41 minutes, Nicolas Hermon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pidagasan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Hermon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. JimenezUnited's Santo Txordon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Manex in the 42nd minute of play. Pidagasan's Domingos Mendez quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marcial Frances, made in the 46th minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolas Hermon to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Vimaro in the 55th minute of play forced Pidagasan's goalkeeper Arnaldo Cordeara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute of the game Lázaro Micael made a throw-in which Nicolas Hermon played forward. 63 minutes into the match, JimenezUnited's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Hermon came free, but Santo Txordon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pidagasan's Lázaro Micael got a free kick in the 70th minute. Arnaldo Cordeara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Astor Vimaro in the 73rd minute of play. Arnaldo Cordeara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Vimaro in the 74th minute of the match. After 83 played minutes JimenezUnited got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Estebano. Astor Vimaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Cordeara having to interfere. After 91 played minutes JimenezUnited got a freekick which was hit by Guido Mel. Santo Txordon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Hermon in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Astor Vimaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pidagasan's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
