When Carlos James fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Invencible's protests and gave Carlos James a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Carlos James hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivan Llanos's late challenge caught a Tino FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Llanos helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, La Invencible's Ivan Llanos got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 8 played minutes La Invencible got a freekick which was hit by Santo Ulizes. Bonifacio Garikoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Hodei in the 9th minute of play. Baldomero Hodei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bonifacio Garikoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Hodei in the 16th minute of the match. Baldomero Hodei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Bonifacio Garikoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Baldomero Hodei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 24 played minutes La Invencible got a freekick which was hit by Santo Ulizes. When Jose Mede fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tino FC's protests and gave Jose Mede a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tino FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Jose Mede hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Jose Mede notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of La Invencible's Bonifacio Garikoitz. Bonifacio Garikoitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. During the 34th minute of the match Jose Mede completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jose Mede a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 35 played minutes Tino FC got a freekick which was hit by Jose Mede. The La Invencible fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when La Invencible's Ivan Llanos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Arnaldo Sindo came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Tino FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Sindo couldn't finish the play. If Baldomero Hodei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baldomero Hodei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Bonifacio Garikoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Adrian Laurin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albino Pereyra made a kick off. A collision led to La Invencible getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Alfredo Senio hit a great ball. In the 56th minute, Arnaldo Sindo made a precise shot to the right of Bonifacio Garikoitz. La Invencible's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Arnaldo Sindo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Bonifacio Garikoitz made a huge save. After having played for 62 minutes, Baldomero Hodei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tino FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomero Hodei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adrian Laurin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bonifacio Garikoitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. After having played for 65 minutes, Valentin Tello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tino FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Tello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. La Invencible's Carlos James got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Carlos James off the ground. Carlos James hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After 70 minutes of play, Tino FC's Arnaldo Sindo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bonifacio Garikoitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 73 minutes into the match, La Invencible's goalkeeper Bonifacio Garikoitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ermegildo Manex. Ermegildo Manex sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baldomero Hodei struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Bonifacio Garikoitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tino FC. Arnaldo Sindo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ivan Llanos came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the La Invencible fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Llanos couldn't finish the play. Arnaldo Sindo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bonifacio Garikoitz firmly grabbed it by the left post. La Invencible's Bonifacio Garikoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Manex in the 87th minute of play. Arnaldo Sindo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bonifacio Garikoitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in La Invencible's zone, Baldomero Hodei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bonifacio Garikoitz came out of the goal and Baldomero Hodei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Baldomero Hodei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Bonifacio Garikoitz managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Tino FC's Baldomero Hodei fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
