The supporters of Real Cohólicos FC booed when San Miguel del Monte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Bihar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 5 played minutes, Real Cohólicos FC's Eulalio Herensuge shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cecilio Casado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Real Cohólicos FC reached it. When Bartolo Banegas fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Miguel del Monte FC's protests and gave Bartolo Banegas a yellow card for diving instead. Leopoldo Odol made in the 9th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Real Cohólicos FC's Baldomero Libertad. Bartosz Fedosz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Casado having to interfere. Silverio Tiadoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Candido Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Bartosz Fedosz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of San Miguel del Monte FC's Cecilio Casado. Cecilio Casado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bartosz Fedosz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Cecilio Casado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Real Cohólicos FC's Baldomero Libertad quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leopoldo Odol, made in the 51st minute of the game. Baldomero Libertad charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baldomero Libertad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th match minute, Real Cohólicos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Libertad to maneuver through the defense. Bartosz Fedosz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cecilio Casado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Hector Jakes might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Casado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Real Cohólicos FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The audience thought a goal was coming when Andres Lluis got free with Cecilio Casado in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cícero Pereira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Real Cohólicos FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
