Paul Şoimaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Lonzo in the 3rd minute of play. After having played for 4 minutes, Ricardo Rami managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Sojero F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Rami was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 7 minutes into the game, El Sojero F.C's Omar Barea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Haroldo Chesus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ricardo Rami scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Haroldo Chesus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paul Şoimaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Lonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Ricardo Rami put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Haroldo Chesus. Blas Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Chesus having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Francisco Lonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Águilas Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Lonzo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paul Şoimaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicasio Cruz in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paul Şoimaru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adolfo Miro charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adolfo Miro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adolfo Miro hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Ricardo Rami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Haroldo Chesus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haroldo Chesus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Teo Neto hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Roberto Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Şoimaru having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ricardo Rami made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Águilas Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Rami came free, but Haroldo Chesus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeo Mano hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Ricardo Rami managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Sojero F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Rami was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Chesus was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Ricardo Rami capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ricardo Rami really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. In the 68th minute Francisco Lonzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Şoimaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in El Sojero F.C's zone, Roberto Santana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Şoimaru came out of the goal and Roberto Santana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardo Rami in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haroldo Chesus saved Águilas Futbol Club from getting behind. El Sojero F.C's Paul Şoimaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Santana in the 76th minute of play. After 76 minutes of play, Águilas Futbol Club's Roberto Santana made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paul Şoimaru was left in no man's land by his defense there! Haroldo Chesus made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Omar Barea sent off a good shot on target. Ricardo Rami's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Haroldo Chesus skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When El Sojero F.C's Ricardo Rami in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Águilas Futbol Club's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardo Rami in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haroldo Chesus saved Águilas Futbol Club from getting behind. If Blas Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haroldo Chesus made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Ricardo Rami sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of El Sojero F.C booed when Águilas Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorio Gonsalvo didn't get a good kick on the ball. El Sojero F.C's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
