An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Luken in the 4th minute of play forced Aguaribay's goalkeeper Timoteo Columbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnaldo Pirro's late challenge caught a FC Tomy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnaldo Pirro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th match minute, Aguaribay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Pirro to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute Candido Refugio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Columbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, FC Tomy's Candido Refugio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timoteo Columbo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Timoteo Columbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Luken in the 16th minute of play. FC Tomy were furious when Bartolo Oliveiro was red carded, 17 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a defensive mix-up in Aguaribay's zone, Guillermo Erramun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timoteo Columbo came out of the goal and Guillermo Erramun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diego Henric kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Edgard Crescencio kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. FC Tomy's Miguel Luken got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miguel Luken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Luken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Timoteo Columbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC Tomy booed when Aguaribay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Henric didn't get a good kick on the ball. Timoteo Columbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Luken, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When Guillermo Erramun came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the FC Tomy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillermo Erramun couldn't finish the play. Anacleto Maria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Timoteo Columbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Erramun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Diego Henric hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santos Gaizko to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match, Guillermo Erramun got a very nice opportunity to score, but Timoteo Columbo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Timoteo Columbo made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Miguel Luken sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Aguaribay's Timoteo Columbo got control of the ball when Miguel Luken tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miguel Luken succeeded in the game's 62nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. When Arnaldo Pirro was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 65 minutes had been played. A collision led to Aguaribay getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Arnaldo Pirro hit a great ball. Timoteo Columbo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Luken in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the game, Guillermo Erramun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Timoteo Columbo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Timoteo Columbo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anacleto Maria in the 77th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Tomy's Guillermo Erramun slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Timoteo Columbo. That made the score 1-4 after 93 minutes of play. A collision led to Aguaribay getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Diego Henric hit a great ball.
