The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romulo Chesus helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Atletico Neuquen getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Romulo Chesus hit a great ball. Marcelo Odol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Ted having to interfere. Placido Asier kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Reinaldo Eger managed to get in a good position for a shot. La guadaña FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Reinaldo Eger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rene Ted breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st match minute, Atletico Neuquen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Chesus to maneuver through the defense. After 22 played minutes, La guadaña FC's Felipe Rolado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rene Ted came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La guadaña FC reached it. Maximo Cucao was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Teobaldo Veremundo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. After 27 minutes of play, Atletico Neuquen's Jacinto Nel made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximo Cucao was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Veremundo in the 30th minute of play forced La guadaña FC's goalkeeper Maximo Cucao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atletico Neuquen's Romulo Chesus quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Felipe Rolado, made in the 35th minute of the game. Jacinto Nel hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Teobaldo Veremundo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximo Cucao was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. In the 45th minute Jacinto Nel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Cucao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximo Cucao was a little too slow when Teobaldo Veremundo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The throw-in from Tomas Rosario in the 63rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by La guadaña FC's Angelino Weterio. When Reinaldo Eger fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La guadaña FC's protests and gave Reinaldo Eger a yellow card for diving instead. Reinaldo Eger hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After 78 minutes of play, Atletico Neuquen's Teobaldo Veremundo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximo Cucao was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicasio Urti made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by La guadaña FC's Reinaldo Eger. 86 minutes into the match, Jacinto Nel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximo Cucao. La guadaña FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacinto Nel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. When the referee ended the match the Atletico Neuquen players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
