Spectators: 6400 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Teobaldo Veremundo kicked off to start the match. Benjamin Rufio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Urti in the 11th minute of play. After 17 minutes of play, Atletico Neuquen's Haroldo Igon made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benjamin Rufio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Unto Elovaara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimeno Restu lost his temper 26 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 25th minute, one of Ciclón de Florida:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ciclón de Florida. Nicasio Urti walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After 29 minutes of play, Atletico Neuquen's Jacinto Nel made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benjamin Rufio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teobaldo Veremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Benjamin Rufio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anibal Artizar charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anibal Artizar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anibal Artizar hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, Anibal Artizar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ciclón de Florida fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Anibal Artizar made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Atletico Neuquen's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Artizar came free, but Rene Ted reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Atletico Neuquen defense, Guaberto Kaiet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rene Ted. The Atletico Neuquen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rene Ted should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute Anibal Artizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Ted saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Rufio made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Jacinto Nel sent off a good shot on target. Rene Ted was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 83 minutes, Haroldo Igon mouthed his way into the referee's book. Haroldo Igon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
