An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Pacifico in the 16th minute of play forced Es Gatorei Señorita's goalkeeper Severiano Raymundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hipolito Gartzea kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After having played for 19 minutes, Godfredo Dalmu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Es Gatorei Señorita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godfredo Dalmu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teodosio Kiliz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaston Goiz in the 20th minute. In the 27thth minute of the game Cipriano Pacifico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Es Gatorei Señorita's Severiano Raymundo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Omar Beltza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boca Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Omar Beltza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severiano Raymundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severiano Raymundo came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Boca Juniors's Cipriano Pacifico. But to his dismay, Cipriano Pacifico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Moises Ellande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Severiano Raymundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodosio Kiliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Chayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Teodosio Kiliz was a little too slow when Godfredo Dalmu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 47th minute, Osvaldo Arce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cipriano Pacifico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cipriano Pacifico in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Severiano Raymundo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Osvaldo Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodosio Kiliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Dalmu in the 62nd minute of play. Alonzo Atauri hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Severiano Raymundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Pacifico in the 69th minute of play. Hipolito Gartzea struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Severiano Raymundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boca Juniors. After a rather tough play, Es Gatorei Señorita's Roque Shantala got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute, Gaston Goiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Godfredo Dalmu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodosio Kiliz was relentless in the 87th minute of the game.
