Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Alvaro Venceslas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 23rd minute, Diamantino Madureira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Anibal Artizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and German Karlo made a kick off. A collision led to F.C. MAGIKE getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Hermengildo Madaleno hit a great ball. When Jonatan Corderro fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. MAGIKE's protests and gave Jonatan Corderro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to F.C. MAGIKE getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jonatan Corderro hit a great ball. Alvaro Venceslas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Artizar in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Teodosio Montes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ciclón de Florida's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C. MAGIKE the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ermegildo Flores got free with Benjamin Rufio in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 77 minutes, Ermegildo Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. MAGIKE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ermegildo Flores was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
