Paulo Niva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Txurio in the 95th minute of play forced Atlético Vinland's goalkeeper Paulo Niva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Vinland's zone, Serafino Medina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Niva came out of the goal and Serafino Medina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bonifacio FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
