With a little luck, Perugurria AFC's Pedro Leocadio got control of the ball when Gabriel Kepa tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Erubiel Ipar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Perugurria AFC booed when Perritos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Ricart didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Braulio Gasteiz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Perritos's Emilio Oxel didn't even have to move. Perugurria AFC's Osvaldo Bladi got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Perugurria AFC's Erubiel Ipar in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Perritos's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rd minute, Erubiel Ipar made a precise shot to the right of Emilio Oxel. Perritos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Osvaldo Bladi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Oxel having to interfere. Erubiel Ipars short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Emilio Oxel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With an all-out effort, Perugurria AFC's Emilio Oxel threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erubiel Ipar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Perritos's zone, Erubiel Ipar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Oxel came out of the goal and Erubiel Ipar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Kepa in the 60th minute of play forced Perugurria AFC's goalkeeper Pedro Leocadio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Leocadio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Paul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Erubiel Ipar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 66 minutes, Erubiel Ipar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perugurria AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erubiel Ipar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th play minute Osvaldo Bladi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Emilio Oxel. 1-3. After 71 played minutes Perritos got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Iztal. After having played for 78 minutes, Ramon Bizen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perugurria AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Bizen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 80 played minutes Perugurria AFC got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Flor. The supporters of Perritos booed when Perugurria AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Indar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 88 played minutes, Perritos's Javier Haimar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Leocadio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Perritos reached it. In the 95th minute, Braulio Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
