In the 33rd minute, Festejar F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Severo Criston fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Constantino Selmo to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Bastiaro got free with Nunez Cloyo in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabricio Artal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Vellito having to interfere. Maximiliano Vellito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Selmo in the 56th minute of the match. Festejar F.C.'s Maximiliano Vellito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Criston in the 59th minute of play. After 62nd play minutes Severo Criston shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Maximiliano Vellito and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the Festejar F.C. defense, Severo Criston kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximiliano Vellito. The Festejar F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximiliano Vellito should have stopped the shot. Severo Criston recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Constantino Selmo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximiliano Vellito was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantino Selmo in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximiliano Vellito saved Festejar F.C. from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Severo Criston managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cacharí FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Severo Criston was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximiliano Vellito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Constantino Selmo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximiliano Vellito was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Cacharí FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
