Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Filiberto Gorosti took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 5 played minutes, Simbol's Filiberto Belmiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andres Geofredo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Simbol reached it. Angelo Caradaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Chepe in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Gorosti in the 9th minute of play forced Gagoneta FC's goalkeeper Andres Geofredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honorio Chepe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Caradaro having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filiberto Gorosti in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Geofredo saved Gagoneta FC from getting behind. Victoriano Atarrabi struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Angelo Caradaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gagoneta FC. Filiberto Gorosti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rd match minute, Simbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Bilintx to maneuver through the defense. Simbol's Angelo Caradaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Simbol from getting a goal against them. Victoriano Atarrabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 38 minutes of play, Gagoneta FC's Honorio Chepe made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelo Caradaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Angelo Caradaro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gagoneta FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Isidro Pereyra in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Andres Geofredo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 54th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Eriberto Ruisko. In the 57th match minute, Simbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Ruisko to maneuver through the defense. Simbol's Leon Belmiro was substituted for Benicio Valerio. Eriberto Ruisko hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Donato Quinto's late challenge caught a Gagoneta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donato Quinto helped the player get up and apologised. Danilo Artaldo charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danilo Artaldo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th minute Victoriano Atarrabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Caradaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Danilo Artaldo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Angelo Caradaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Sabin in the 75th minute of play. Angelo Caradaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Atarrabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Filiberto Gorosti sped through Gagoneta FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andres Geofredo. When Filiberto Gorosti came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Simbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filiberto Gorosti couldn't finish the play. If Prospero Nofre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Atarrabi in the 90th minute of play forced Simbol's goalkeeper Angelo Caradaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Caradaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Chepe in the 91st minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Gagoneta FC's Honorio Chepe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Caradaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
