Filiberto Gorosti who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Enrique Medero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Rupestres FC defense, Rodrigo Bilintx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enrique Medero. The Rupestres FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enrique Medero should have stopped the shot. Simbol's Angelo Caradaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Sotil in the 16th minute of play. Rodrigo Bilintx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Enrique Medero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Federico Louis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rupestres FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 24th minute, Filiberto Gorosti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Rupestres FC booed when Simbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Ruisko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Cesar Lalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luis Dominix kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. With a little luck, Rupestres FC's Enrique Medero got control of the ball when Filiberto Gorosti tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rupestres FC's Enrique Medero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Boniel in the 39th minute of play. Filiberto Gorostis short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Enrique Medero to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Federico Louis hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Sotil in the 47th minute of play forced Simbol's goalkeeper Angelo Caradaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filiberto Gorosti made a kick off. In the 54th minute Federico Louis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Caradaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Caradaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donato Lluis went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 71st minute of the match Filiberto Belmiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enrique Medero skillfully saved the ball. Enrique Medero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Simbol. In the 84th minute Nunez Sotil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Caradaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Caradaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donato Lluis in the 86th minute. The Rupestres FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
