Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Jonathan Berto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Endura Arreguia came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Carpinteros lml's Basilio Jaen. But to his dismay, Basilio Jaen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 10 played minutes Carpinteros lml got a freekick which was hit by Ruben Louis. A collision led to La Curtiembre FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Ariel Cesario hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Haroldo Nahia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Curtiembre FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Carpinteros lml's Ruben Louis got a free kick in the 21st minute. If Armando Ranolfo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Armando Ranolfo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Demesio having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Armando Ranolfo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnaldo Demesio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When Haroldo Nahia came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the La Curtiembre FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Nahia couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the match, La Curtiembre FC's goalkeeper Endura Arreguia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lisandro Santxol. Lisandro Santxol's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Endura Arreguia firmly grabbed it by the left post. After the first half La Curtiembre FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Arnaldo Demesio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Nahia in the 51st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Carpinteros lml's zone, Armando Ranolfo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Demesio came out of the goal and Armando Ranolfo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Endura Arreguia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Santxol, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Arnaldo Demesio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armando Ranolfo's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 65th minute Jonathan Berto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Endura Arreguia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Endura Arreguia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Berto in the 67th minute of play. Arnaldo Demesio was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Armando Ranolfo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Armando Ranolfo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Endura Arreguia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Louis in the 74th minute of the match. Haroldo Nahia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 played minutes Carpinteros lml got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Jaen. Armando Ranolfo might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnaldo Demesio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Armando Ranolfo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 86th match minute, Carpinteros lml was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Berto to maneuver through the defense. Ruben Louis's late challenge caught a La Curtiembre FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruben Louis helped the player get up and apologised. Arnaldo Demesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Ranolfo in the 92nd minute of the match. When the match was over La Curtiembre FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Carpinteros lml throughout the match.
