Lázaro Quinton started the match with the kick off. If Toninho Saraiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lázaro Quinton kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. The supporters of Bocaaa booed when SABALERO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Batista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eleuterio Tiso made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Toninho Saraiva sent off a good shot on target. Gaudencio Restu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lázaro Quinton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Eleuterio Tiso made a huge save. 23 minutes into the game, Vicente Montrel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SABALERO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bocaaa the free kick. The supporters of Bocaaa booed when SABALERO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Montrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavino Iliana charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gavino Iliana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SABALERO booed when Bocaaa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Iliana didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Diegotxe in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tito Manni saved Bocaaa from getting behind. With a little luck, SABALERO's Eleuterio Tiso got control of the ball when Toninho Saraiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tito Manni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Restu, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Bocaaa's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Batista came free, but Tito Manni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albino Truylos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oscar Batista struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Tito Manni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SABALERO. 47 minutes into the match, Bocaaa's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Batista came free, but Tito Manni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcos Diegotxe to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Bocaaa's goalkeeper Tito Manni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Batista. After 52 played minutes Bocaaa got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Quinton. Albino Truylos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tito Manni having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Bocaaa's zone, Albino Truylos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tito Manni came out of the goal and Albino Truylos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of SABALERO booed when Bocaaa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Iliana didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 minutes of play Bocaaa's Gavino Iliana was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After having played for 66 minutes, Marcos Diegotxe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SABALERO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos Diegotxe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcos Diegotxe might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tito Manni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcos Diegotxe ran back to his position shaking his head. Lázaro Quinton struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Eleuterio Tiso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bocaaa. Tito Manni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oscar Batista in the 83rd minute. Albino Truylos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Tito Manni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marcos Diegotxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bocaaa's Toninho Saraiva got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Bocaaa's Felix Sielens got a free kick in the 95th minute. Bocaaa succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though SABALERO had controlled the match.
