The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cavad Bot was slow to take the kick. During this time Ragnarok's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Cavad Bot almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Balcozna FC's Lázaro Diagur did a great save. In the 7th minute, Marcelo Berenguer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Guillermo Leocadio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balcozna FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guillermo Leocadio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emiliano Colombo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 13th minute of the match Ragnarok got a corner. David Txilar charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Augusto Bernal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Ragnarok booed when Balcozna FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Toro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Moises Ramos in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lázaro Diagur saved Balcozna FC from getting behind. Bruno Valdez charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Valdez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 played minutes Balcozna FC got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Valdez. In the 83rd match minute, Balcozna FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Bernal to maneuver through the defense. Lázaro Diagur was a little too slow when Moises Ramos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-2. The Balcozna FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ragnarok were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
