In the 3rd minute Oscar Quexal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Gurutz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximino Gurutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Quexal in the 5th minute of play. Maximino Gurutz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denis Montes's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the match, AC Cuneo's Oscar Quexal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Gurutz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maximino Gurutz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Quexal, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute, Gregorio Bernaldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute, Oscar Quexal made a precise shot to the right of Maximino Gurutz. Avellaneda FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Maximino Gurutz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oscar Quexal's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Oscar Quexal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximino Gurutz. Avellaneda FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Quexal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Maximino Gurutz came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Cuneo's Oscar Quexal. But to his dismay, Oscar Quexal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 44 minutes, Marciano Romero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Avellaneda FC and the AC Cuneo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marciano Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Oscar Quexal notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Avellaneda FC's Maximino Gurutz. Maximino Gurutz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oscar Quexal to strike the kick off in the second half. Avellaneda FC's Maximino Gurutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Quexal in the 52nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Oscar Quexal put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Maximino Gurutz. Maximino Gurutz made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Oscar Quexal sent off a good shot on target. Bernardo Vito kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Santos Leguizamón received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Maximino Gurutz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, AC Cuneo's Oscar Quexal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. A collision led to AC Cuneo getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Venancio Dodorol hit a great ball. When the match had been going on for 78 minutes, AC Cuneo's Décio Hoffmann got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Maximino Gurutz. Oscar Quexals short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Maximino Gurutz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 87th minute, Oscar Quexal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maximino Gurutz. The goal made the score 0-9. With a little luck, Avellaneda FC's Maximino Gurutz got control of the ball when Justino Emmanuel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oscar Quexal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Maximino Gurutz made a huge save. Santos Leguizamón might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximino Gurutz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santos Leguizamón ran back to his position shaking his head. Patricio Natanael charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricio Natanael the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Avellaneda FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Patricio Natanael hit a great ball. After 99 minutes of play, AC Cuneo's Oscar Quexal made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximino Gurutz was left in no man's land by his defense there! AC Cuneo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
