Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eriberto Galo started the match with the kick off. Cesar Nardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gervasio Orlondo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cesar Nardo ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Chacarita FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Payogasta AFC:s goal. Blas Lizbeth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justino Chuse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Hernan Dorio made a huge save. Florencio Tartalo took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gervasio Orlondo. Gervasio Orlondo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Galo in the 26th minute of play forced Chacarita FC's goalkeeper Hernan Dorio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florencio Tartalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvano Quinto's late challenge caught a Payogasta AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvano Quinto helped the player get up and apologised. After 40 played minutes Chacarita FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Quinto. After a defensive mix-up in Chacarita FC's zone, Blas Lizbeth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernan Dorio came out of the goal and Blas Lizbeth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blas Lizbeth scored 1-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hernan Dorio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Florencio Tartalo was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Cesar Nardo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 59th minute Blas Lizbeth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Dorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ildefonso Hernando took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hernan Dorio. Chacarita FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Payogasta AFC's Tobias Louis tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Hermengildo Rik's late challenge caught a Payogasta AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hermengildo Rik helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Chacarita FC's Hermengildo Rik got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 68thth minute Justino Chuse beautifully dribbled past Chacarita FC's defense and it looked for a moment as a certain goal, but Hernan Dorio pulled off a phantom save to prevent the ball from scoring on his left hand side. Hernan Dorio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Justino Chuse went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Hernan Dorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Galo in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Hernan Obeko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florencio Tartalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florencio Tartalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Orlondo having to interfere. Chacarita FC's Cesar Nardo got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chacarita FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eriberto Galo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Payogasta AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Chacarita FC for a fine match.
