Deportivo Mate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rosendo Cordareo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Americo Marcones stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ubaldo Faron's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Americo Marcones showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Tonio in the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Mate's Daniel Cordareo got a free kick in the 17th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Rosendo Cordareo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Furnarius Rufus's supporters rose to their feet, but Rosendo Cordareo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
