Fusion FS's Anselmo Quintan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Oton in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Fusion FS getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Jairo Telo hit a great ball. A collision led to Villa Pueyrredón FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Teo Gonza hit a great ball. Fabian Gaitan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Teobaldo Silviano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. Eusebio Peio's late challenge caught a Villa Pueyrredón FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusebio Peio helped the player get up and apologised. Villa Pueyrredón FC's Moises Gau got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anselmo Quintan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Oton in the 26th minute of play. Fabian Gaitan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Gentza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 played minutes Fusion FS got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Romo. After a defensive mix-up in Fusion FS's zone, Victoriano Arlo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anselmo Quintan came out of the goal and Victoriano Arlo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teobaldo Silviano struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Fabian Gaitan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fusion FS. After a defensive mix-up in Fusion FS's zone, Victoriano Arlo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anselmo Quintan came out of the goal and Victoriano Arlo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute, Moises Gau made a precise shot to the right of Anselmo Quintan. Fusion FS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 43rd minute, Enrique Peruxu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villa Pueyrredón FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angel Oton made a kick off. In the 55th minute Angel Oton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Quintan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Gau in the 57th minute of play forced Fusion FS's goalkeeper Anselmo Quintan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Gentza kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 65 played minutes Fusion FS got a freekick which was hit by Celso Cilio. After 69 played minutes Villa Pueyrredón FC got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Hotz. Teo Gonza hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Villa Pueyrredón FC defense, Teobaldo Silviano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabian Gaitan. The Villa Pueyrredón FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabian Gaitan should have stopped the shot. With 90 minutes on the clock, Gervasio Elia commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Villa Pueyrredón FC played a much better game than Fusion FS and deserved their victory. The Fusion FS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
