After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Valentin Gombal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marquesado's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Gombal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ludomir Kiewra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute, Jaime Quintin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raul Lartaun to make the kick off. Marquesado's Ambrosio Valiente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Lartaun in the 55th minute of play. Ambrosio Valiente didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeremias Urtungo went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Denis Madaleno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ambrosio Valiente having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Marquesado's zone, Jeremias Urtungo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ambrosio Valiente came out of the goal and Jeremias Urtungo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute Saverio Mendiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomir Kiewra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ambrosio Valiente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Urtungo in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Morteros's Jeremias Urtungo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ambrosio Valiente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ambrosio Valiente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Lartaun, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The Marquesado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ambrosio Valiente should have stopped the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Morteros's goalkeeper Ludomir Kiewra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armando Delfino. Ambrosio Valiente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Lartaun, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Morteros fully deserved thier win.
