Sporting's Delmar Feliu got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 5th minute Victor Iigo suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delmiro Eufemio during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th minute, Delmiro Eufemio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, C.A. Sporting's Mauro Inko tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Delmar Feliu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damian Seguinus was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. VdeVENGANZA -OFF-'s Damian Seguinus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Feliu in the 12th minute of play. Delmar Feliu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, C.A. Sporting's goalkeeper Clayton Clayton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Montel. When VdeVENGANZA -OFF-'s Jimeno Haritzeder in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A. Sporting's goalie prevented a goal. When Delmar Feliu came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the C.A. Sporting fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmar Feliu couldn't finish the play. In the 35th match minute, VdeVENGANZA -OFF- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anier Omero to maneuver through the defense. Flavio Montel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Clayton Clayton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teo Ostots kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 54 minutes VdeVENGANZA -OFF-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mauro Inko who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on C.A. Sporting's corner Mauro Inko fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Damian Seguinus quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 55 minutes, Delmar Feliu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Sporting's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmar Feliu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute, Eloy Mikelats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, C.A. Sporting's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Haritzeder came free, but Clayton Clayton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the C.A. Sporting defense, Jimeno Haritzeder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clayton Clayton. The C.A. Sporting fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clayton Clayton should have stopped the shot. 67 minutes into the game, Teo Ostots was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. VdeVENGANZA -OFF-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. Sporting the free kick. Mauro Inko, 69 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Damian Seguinus made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Delmar Feliu sent off a good shot on target. Delmar Feliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delmar Feliu struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Damian Seguinus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. Sporting. If Leonel Demesio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clayton Clayton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Haritzeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Delmar Feliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Seguinus having to interfere. Many of C.A. Sporting's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. C.A. Sporting may have spent more time on the ball, but VdeVENGANZA -OFF- were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
