Amancio Qwinton was a little too slow when Ambrosio Leheren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 48th minute. The score was now 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emilio Harri made a kick off. Amancio Qwinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Arixo, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Sixto Heriberto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sari Taiban in the 84th minute. Placido Sol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Sixto Heriberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amancio Qwinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Gonsalvo in the 88th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Arrutó fully deserved thier win.
