Prospero Jaunti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Guerau in the 16th minute of the match. Diego Guerau in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Prospero Jaunti, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 21st minute of the match Gaston Suero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuel Arnalt skillfully saved the ball. Candelaria FC's Guillermo Blai got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 24 minutes of play, Candelaria FC's Zacarias Pere made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Arnalt was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Diego Guerau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Diego Guerau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C.A.Talleres's Diego Guerau was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 35th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Diego Guerau got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Prospero Jaunti didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 45th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Ciriaco Ereinotz kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Prospero Jaunti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diego Guerau's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. After 65 played minutes Candelaria FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Laurgain. Abel Abadie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 67 played minutes Candelaria FC got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Lia. Ciriaco Ereinotz kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Abel Abadie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.Talleres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abel Abadie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Nafarroa in the 78th minute of play forced Candelaria FC's goalkeeper Prospero Jaunti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Guillermo Blai fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Candelaria FC's protests and gave Guillermo Blai a yellow card for diving instead. Guillermo Blai kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Cristobal Otsoa struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Prospero Jaunti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.Talleres. Prospero Jaunti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. C.A.Talleres's Diego Guerau suffered a concussion in the 95th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Tobias Guifre's late challenge caught a C.A.Talleres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobias Guifre helped the player get up and apologised. 95 minutes into the game, one of Candelaria FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
