Drink Team FC's Lucio Liher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Dominic in the 36th minute of play. Irinel Jienescu scored 0-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucio Liher, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnoldo Cidro in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucio Liher prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lucio Liher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacarias Maties, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnoldo Cidro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Lucio Liher successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Haile Selassie getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Marcial Omero hit a great ball. The supporters of Drink Team FC booed when Haile Selassie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Cidro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luisito Paio took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Oinatz. Dante Oinatz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. A collision led to Drink Team FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Luisito Paio hit a great ball. After 74 played minutes Drink Team FC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Roderigo. Pascual Lehior fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Oinatz having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Haile Selassie's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Lehior came free, but Dante Oinatz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Drink Team FC defense, Arnoldo Cidro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucio Liher. The Drink Team FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucio Liher should have stopped the shot. If Marcial Omero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sazon Buison lost his temper 92 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Drink Team FC booed when Haile Selassie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sazon Buison didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Haile Selassie left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Drink Team FC.
