Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Feliberto Evis started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Christian Arlo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albert Neagoe was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Albert Neagoe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Hori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Chuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliberto Evis, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Castelar Impact were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Independencia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gabriel Kaxen took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Independencia's goalie and right to Angel Ted. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Independencia's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When %teams%'s Feliberto Evis was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-0 just inside the left pole, 19 minutes into the game. Francisco Chuan was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Castelar Impact's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ulysses Valladares 23 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Eriberto Marquez hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 26 minutes, Angel Ted mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Castelar Impact and the Independencia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Castelar Impact! Francisco Chuan had in the 28thth minute some difficulties stopping Feliberto Evis's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Castelar Impact's goalkeeper Francisco Chuan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laureano Maureo. Rodrigo Polo took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francisco Chuan. Francisco Chuan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The long shot by Julio Romildo in the 41st minute really tested Francisco Chuan's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Castelar Impact's Francisco Chuan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulysses Valladares in the 43rd minute of play. Ulysses Valladares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Francisco Chuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Independencia's Feliberto Evis in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Castelar Impact's goalie prevented a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Matías Donoso made the kick off in the second half. Laureano Maureo hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Evis in the 59th minute of play forced Castelar Impact's goalkeeper Francisco Chuan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Independencia's Feliberto Evis in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Castelar Impact's goalie prevented a goal. In the 63rd minute, Eriberto Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Independencia getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Feliberto Evis hit a great ball. Castelar Impact's Amador Urbes was substituted for Christian Arlo. Castelar Impact's Ramiro Gonza was substituted for Jaime Hori. 74 minutes into the match, Castelar Impact's Gabriel Kaxen broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Gabriel Kaxen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Albert Neagoe firmly grabbed it by the left post. Feliberto Evis hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. If Esteve Urbez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Independencia's Albert Neagoe got control of the ball when Ramiro Gonza tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Castelar Impact booed when Independencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Maureo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute, Gabriel Kaxen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albert Neagoe was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Independencia fans cheered their team off the field, for while Castelar Impact had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
