The audience was convinced that Cecilio Hug's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blas Ostadar was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cecilio Hug in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blas Ostadar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 13 minutes into the match, Bragado's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Jakue came free, but Blas Ostadar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Cecilio Hug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Ostadar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ladislao Aztore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 21st minute, Bragado's Pascual Chuan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hilario Valerio. Hilario Valerio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 25th minute, Tolek Rutkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute Cecilio Hug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Ostadar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 played minutes Bragado got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Aztore. With a little luck, Tierra Fertil's Hilario Valerio got control of the ball when Gilberto Estavan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 37 played minutes Bragado got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Chuan. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Ladislao Aztore took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Hilario Valerio to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Cecilio Hug managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tierra Fertil's supporters rose to their feet, but Cecilio Hug was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blas Ostadar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pascual Chuan to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Tierra Fertil's Florentino Jakue sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Blas Ostadar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 53rd minute, Desiderio Sabino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute Gilberto Estavan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Valerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Pascual Chuan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bragado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After 60 minutes, Ladislao Aztore mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bragado and the Tierra Fertil players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tierra Fertil made a substitution. David Corderun replaced Amador Ascencio. In the 61st match minute, Bragado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Aztore to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, Cecilio Hug made a precise shot to the right of Blas Ostadar. Bragado's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Cecilio Hug fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Ostadar having to interfere. Tierra Fertil's Cecilio Hug got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Tierra Fertil's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Sabino came free, but Hilario Valerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bragado's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
