Esteve Oriche charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esteve Oriche the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Yacuchina getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Esteve Oriche hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, Patronato's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Edur came free, but Jairo Orixe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Orixe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Edur, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. If Sefa Kutsan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Patronato's Bogumil Pacholewski got a free kick in the 25th minute. Sefa Kutsan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ezequiel Perutxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Americo Fix was extremely unlucky when he, in the 33rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Edur in the 36th minute of play forced Patronato's goalkeeper Jairo Orixe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Orixe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Edur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Orixe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Hanot in the 48th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Sefa Kutsan made the kick off in the second half. Ezequiel Perutxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sefa Kutsan, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Sefa Kutsan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Yacuchina booed when Patronato was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Bartuelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Jairo Orixe managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Yacuchina's Fernando Hanot fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Sefa Kutsan sped through Yacuchina's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ezequiel Perutxo. In the 69th minute, Patronato's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fernando Hanot fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 71st minute, Yacuchina's Ubaldo Edur dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Esteve Oriche shot from long distance in the 74th minute, but Jairo Orixe was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. After 75 played minutes Patronato got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Maurin. Jairo Orixe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Edur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernando Hanot's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Jairo Orixe skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 92 minutes into the match, Patronato's goalkeeper Jairo Orixe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernando Hanot. Fernando Hanot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Orixe having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Edur in the 96th minute of play forced Patronato's goalkeeper Jairo Orixe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Yacuchina players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Patronato from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
