Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ubaldo Edur got the match started through his kick off. When Newpee's Zacarias Jon in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yacuchina's goalie prevented a goal. Ezequiel Perutxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardino Ortzi in the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to Yacuchina getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ubaldo Edur hit a great ball. After 9 minutes, Ubaldo Edur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yacuchina and the Newpee players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Yacuchina's Ubaldo Edur got a free kick in the 10th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zacarias Jon in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ezequiel Perutxo saved Yacuchina from getting behind. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Zacarias Jon sped through Yacuchina's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ezequiel Perutxo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zacarias Jon in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ezequiel Perutxo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Godofredo Serapio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santos Uhin struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Ezequiel Perutxo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Newpee. 25 minutes into the game, Zacarias Jon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ezequiel Perutxo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Newpee's zone, Ubaldo Edur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alonzo Leocadio came out of the goal and Ubaldo Edur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute, Ubaldo Edur made a precise shot to the right of Alonzo Leocadio. Newpee's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. A collision led to Yacuchina getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Adrian Quexal hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Yacuchina's Ubaldo Edur got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute, Alfredo Ramond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 played minutes Yacuchina got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Edur. 44 minutes into the match, Newpee's goalkeeper Alonzo Leocadio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernando Hanot. Godofredo Serapio charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godofredo Serapio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Newpee fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zacarias Jon made a kick off. The supporters of Newpee booed when Yacuchina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Lartaun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute Ubaldo Edur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Leocadio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zacarias Jon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alonzo Leocadio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Edur in the 72nd minute of play. After 76 played minutes Yacuchina got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Lartaun. Zacarias Jon in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ezequiel Perutxo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 81 minutes of play, Yacuchina's Flavio Lartaun made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alonzo Leocadio was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Yacuchina's zone, Bernardino Ortzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ezequiel Perutxo came out of the goal and Bernardino Ortzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the match, Yacuchina's goalkeeper Ezequiel Perutxo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximo Koldobika. Yacuchina's Alfredo Ramond got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
