Teodosio Lertxun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Everardo Salvidor having to make a save. Cirilo Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Luken, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cazione FC's goalkeeper Cirilo Abreu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
