Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Godofredo Brun made the kick off which started today's match. If Alvaro Etxatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Gaelicos booed when Muñoz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Etxatxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elvio Unax's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorge Argenis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Gaelicos got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Selmo. Jacinto Gilabert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute, Elvio Unax got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Gaelicos booed when Muñoz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Maiorga didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Godofredo Brun notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gaelicos's Jorge Argenis. Jorge Argenis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alvaro Etxatxu struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Jorge Argenis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Muñoz FC. In the 29th minute Iker Txurio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Eron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Gaelicos booed when Muñoz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Etxatxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iker Txurio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Tiburcio Eron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacinto Gilabert who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Tiburcio Eron when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Muñoz FC's Tiburcio Eron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Txurio in the 40th minute of play. Godofredo Brun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Argenis having to interfere. When Jacinto Gilabert came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Gaelicos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Gilabert couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iker Txurio made a kick off. Tiburcio Eron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iker Txurio's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Martin Hechter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dorel Şania fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Argenis having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Elvio Unax dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jorge Argenis, 1-2. In the 70th minute, Jacinto Gilabert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gaelicos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 75th minute, Pedro Heriberto sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gaelicos's Jorge Argenis didn't even have to move. With a little luck, Gaelicos's Jorge Argenis got control of the ball when Elvio Unax tried to sneak it across the goal line. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gaelicos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pedro Heriberto was slow to take the kick. During this time Muñoz FC's players had a chance to rest. Pedro Heriberto made a great header on Muñoz FC's corner, it was just that Gaelicos's Jorge Argenis managed to reach the ball for a save. If Jacinto Gilabert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Godofredo Brun got free with Jorge Argenis in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Casimiro Selmo kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. When Elvio Unax came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Muñoz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elvio Unax couldn't finish the play. Godofredo Brun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godofredo Brun was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 92nd minute. Muñoz FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Genaro Salvatore charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Genaro Salvatore the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gaelicos getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Genaro Salvatore hit a great ball. Godofredo Brun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Argenis having to interfere. The Gaelicos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Muñoz FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
