Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute, Rene Herensuge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rene Herensuge might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Oliverio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Herensuge ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 33rdth minute of the game Gabriel Gustavsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Samoré's Camilo Oliverio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Rene Herensuge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Oliverio was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Gabriel Gustavsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gabriel Gustavsson really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After 41 played minutes Uraguey got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Conrao. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Without hesitation aimed to the right of Elvio Baudelio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Desiderio Rosario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Rene Herensuge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Oliverio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Gustavsson in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Gabriel Gustavsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uraguey fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Uraguey made a substitution. Big Banana replaced Gabriel Gustavsson. 68 minutes into the match, Big Banana notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Deportivo Samoré's Camilo Oliverio. Camilo Oliverio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 82 played minutes Uraguey got a freekick which was hit by Big Banana. Elpidio Ihintza came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Elvio Baudelio could save by the left post. Camilo Oliverio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Herensuge in the 88th minute of play. Rene Herensuge might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Oliverio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Herensuge ran back to his position shaking his head. For all the effort they put into the match, the Deportivo Samoré players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Uraguey.
