With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elpidio Ihintza in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hernan Gabino saved Cangallo AFC from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Armando Gomesano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cangallo AFC played a much better game than Deportivo Samoré and deserved their victory. The Deportivo Samoré players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
