After having played for 5 minutes, Szczepan Turak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Granatinto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Szczepan Turak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. General Paz's Tomas Gamus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Jacindo in the 12th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Granatinto FC's Wilfredo Jacindo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomas Gamus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 22 minutes, Alejandro Iratxo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the General Paz and the Granatinto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes General Paz got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Iratxo. After a rather tough play, General Paz's Anastasio Sanchez got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Tomas Gamus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Jacindo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 36th minute of the match, Dan Harhoiu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tomas Gamus was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ambrosio Orlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Severiano Malvin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ambrosio Orlo ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Danilo Oro put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Severiano Malvin. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Danilo Oro made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Granatinto FC's Wilfredo Jacindo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomas Gamus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Severiano Malvin was a little too slow when Danilo Oro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 2-2. When General Paz's Danilo Oro in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Granatinto FC's goalie prevented a goal. Conrado Mambru's late challenge caught a Granatinto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrado Mambru helped the player get up and apologised. After 63 played minutes General Paz got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Mambru. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Harhoiu in the 73rd minute of play forced General Paz's goalkeeper Tomas Gamus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilfredo Jacindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Gamus having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Oro in the 88th minute of play forced Granatinto FC's goalkeeper Severiano Malvin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lorenzo Peter charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Peter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lorenzo Peter hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Alejandro Iratxo kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Severiano Malvin stood somewhat misplaced when Mauricio Dalmai came free in front of goal and shot 2-3 to the left of him in the 94 minute. Although Granatinto FC had been in control for most of the match, General Paz still came away with the win.
