Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cecilio Neron got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Nojiren FC's Cecilio Neron got a free kick in the 11th minute. Anier Acevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Roman Tipi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th match minute, Algarrobo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Dimo to maneuver through the defense. Roman Tipi came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Nojiren FC's Anier Acevedo. But to his dismay, Anier Acevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cecilio Neron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Tipi having to interfere. Roman Tipi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Acevedo in the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Marcos Bernard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Beremundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nojiren FC's Melquiades Beremundo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Nojiren FC from getting a goal against them. If Mauricio Isidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Marcos Bernard made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Nojiren FC's zone, Mauricio Isidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Beremundo came out of the goal and Mauricio Isidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute Marcos Bernard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Beremundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 minutes of play, Algarrobo's Marcos Bernard made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Melquiades Beremundo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 61 minutes, Mateo Jordy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Algarrobo and the Nojiren FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mateo Jordy kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Mauricio Isidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Melquiades Beremundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roman Tipi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anier Acevedo in the 69th minute. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Marcos Bernard put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Melquiades Beremundo. When Mauricio Isidor came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Algarrobo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauricio Isidor couldn't finish the play. When Nojiren FC's Cecilio Neron in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Algarrobo's goalie prevented a goal. Roman Tipi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecilio Neron in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Mauricio Isidor notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Nojiren FC's Melquiades Beremundo. Melquiades Beremundo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Algarrobo getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Mateo Jordy hit a great ball. Mateo Jordy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Marcos Bernard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Algarrobo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
