When Aurelio Gutierrez fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Chiva Di Meola's protests and gave Aurelio Gutierrez a yellow card for diving instead. Aurelio Gutierrez hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Sergio Timo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Veremundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Dharma FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Madaleno came free, but Gerardo Valery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carmelo Madaleno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Dharma FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Chiva Di Meola were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Silverio Veremundo made the kick off in the second half. Bartolo Bernaldo struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. The supporters of Dharma FC booed when La Chiva Di Meola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Frutos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 played minutes, Dharma FC's Alejo Remir shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sergio Timo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dharma FC reached it. Sergio Timo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartolo Bernaldo's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Gerardo Valery came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by La Chiva Di Meola's Carmelo Madaleno. But to his dismay, Carmelo Madaleno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The supporters of Dharma FC booed when La Chiva Di Meola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clodoveo Nisio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 played minutes La Chiva Di Meola got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Ignado. Alejo Remir charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alejo Remir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 77 minutes into the game, one of Dharma FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Gerardo Valery, was totally fooled by La Chiva Di Meola's Felix Frutos, who 79 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Alejo Remir kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Arturo Ignado missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 85 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Gerardo Valery right hand side. After 88 played minutes La Chiva Di Meola got a freekick which was hit by Felix Frutos. Carmelo Madaleno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Gerardo Valery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Dharma FC defense, Carmelo Madaleno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerardo Valery. The Dharma FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerardo Valery should have stopped the shot. The Dharma FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching La Chiva Di Meola's performance. The match ended with a win for La Chiva Di Meola.
